Big sandwiches. Homemade pie. No shortcuts.

Sixteen western-named sandwiches on our own bread, soup made that morning, espresso pulled to order — and five fresh pies a day, until they're gone. TripAdvisor's #1 quick bite in Wickenburg.

The money shot

Cut to the good part.

Scroll — the sandwich opens up: pastrami, Swiss, and the stack that fills our review pages.

Off the board

Sixteen sandwiches, all named western.

Every one on our own bread, stacked the way the pictures promise. Here are the ones regulars call out.

The Cowboy

Roast beef, Swiss and horseradish with the house dressing.

The Mustang

Grilled pastrami and Swiss — a review-page favorite.

Hotshot 19

Grilled chicken, pesto-mayo and avocado on ciabatta — named in honor of the Granite Mountain Hotshots.

Firehouse Club

Ham, turkey, bacon, cheddar, avocado — the big one.

Hitching Post

Corned beef, Swiss and sauerkraut, grilled.

The Westerner

Grilled cheese, bacon and green chilies.

The Reuben

“Probably the best I have ever had,” said one traveler.

The Deluxe

Pastrami, roast beef AND corned beef in one.

Plus wraps, salads, burgers off the grill, quiche and breakfast — the full board lives on the menu page.

From Nana's oven

Five pies. Every day.

Scroll and the first slice serves itself — deep-dish apple, berry cream, and whatever else came out of the oven this morning.

The saloon

A sandwich shop with a gift shop up front.

Nana's has held down 48 N Tegner Street since 2008 — wood-plank tables, a case of homemade breads and cookies, and shelves of country gifts on your way to the counter.

The Hotshot 19 on our board is named in honor of the 19 Granite Mountain Hotshots lost in the 2013 Yarnell Hill Fire — fire crews still stop in when they pass through.
